About Saunas by Southeast Leisure
Saunas by Southeast Leisure helps homeowners, builders, designers, developers, wellness facilities, and commercial clients create premium sauna spaces from concept through installation.
We don’t just build saunas. We help clients make informed decisions about the space, materials, heat source, layout, finishes, installation, and long-term use — so the finished sauna feels intentional, functional, and built around the way it will actually be used.

Who We Are
Saunas by Southeast Leisure was created to give clients a more focused way to explore custom sauna design, modular sauna installation, infrared sauna options, and indoor/outdoor sauna solutions.
The goal is simple: help clients create sauna spaces that look beautiful, function properly, and feel aligned with the way they live, recover, relax, or serve their guests.
Because Southeast Leisure understands both the design side and the construction side, our team is able to guide clients through the decisions that matter — from the type of sauna and placement to wood, heaters, glass, lighting, ventilation, waterproofing considerations, and installation details.

Our Difference
A sauna project comes with important decisions. Some are aesthetic. Some are technical. Some affect performance, comfort, safety, timeline, and long-term durability.
Saunas by Southeast Leisure helps clients think through those decisions before the project moves too far forward. We believe in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and helping each client choose the right sauna solution for their space, budget, timeline, and goals.
We lead with the right solution for the space, whether that means fully custom, modular, indoor, outdoor, traditional, infrared, or hybrid.
We understand how the sauna needs to work with the room, structure, electrical planning, ventilation, materials, and surrounding finishes.
We help clients navigate wood options, glass, benches, lighting, controls, heaters, and other details that shape the finished experience.
Clients should never feel left wondering where the project stands or what the next step is.
We work directly with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, developers, electricians, and commercial teams.
Every project begins with the space, the intended use, the desired experience, and the right path forward.
Clients + Project Teams
From private residences to large hospitality environments, our sauna work supports a wide range of clients and project teams.

For homeowners creating private sauna retreats, wellness rooms, backyard sauna spaces, home gym additions, primary suite upgrades, basement wellness areas, and full luxury residential projects.

For builders, architects, interior designers, developers, electricians, and project managers who need a sauna partner that can help think through product selection, layout, specifications, and installation details.

For gyms, wellness facilities, spas, boutique hotels, resorts, private clubs, recovery spaces, and hospitality environments looking to add or improve sauna and wellness amenities.
How We Think
We focus on understanding the project before recommending a product — so the final sauna fits the space, the goals, and the way it will actually be used.
Before recommending a product, we want to understand the space, goals, budget, timeline, and desired experience. A sauna for a primary bathroom is different from a backyard retreat. A modular outdoor sauna is different from a custom indoor build. A commercial wellness space has different needs than a private home gym.
That is why our process is built around guidance first. We help clients understand the options, compare the tradeoffs, and choose a solution that makes sense for the project.

Materials + Systems
The final sauna experience is shaped by the details — the wood, the heater, the stone, the bench layout, the glass, the lighting, the ventilation, the controls, and the way the sauna connects to the surrounding space.
We regularly work with premium heater options including HUUM, IKI, Harvia, and other systems depending on the build. We also help clients evaluate wood species, finish details, tile and flooring options, lighting, ventilation, waterproofing considerations, and upgrades that support the overall wellness experience.
